As our Project Success Director, Megan manages our priorities, expectations, and project milestones to proactively drive each initiative to the goal line; production! As a client advocate, organizational guru, and quality assurance master, she never misses a beat. When she’s not asking the tough questions or examining a site with her eagle eyes, she’s creating masterpieces in her studio, traveling, or exploring the Greater Cincinnati area with her husband and gigantic Great Dane Pup, Booker.
Before she started at eMedia, Megan graduated with a B.A. from Hanover College in 2011 where she double majored in Fine Arts and Business and minored in Art History. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Cincinnati, DAAP, with her Masters in Fine Art. While at the University of Cincinnati, Megan studied printmaking, sculpture, and web design/development. In addition, she completed a six-week artist in residency program “Research as Theory & Practice: A Studio Based Inquiry”, in Berlin, Germany at the Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin, Kunsthalle am Hamberger Platz. (Impressive, right?) Let’s get to know a little more about this organizational guru!
What has been your favorite part of working at eMedia Design Company?
My favorite aspect is getting to work with a creative, talented, and inspiring group of nerds. Every day I learn something new. The list of topics I’m going to one day master has grown exponentially.
We’ve heard that you love to learn, what are you currently learning?
Oil painting! While I’ve been learning the art of oil painting for a long time, this exploration goes more in-depth than any previous attempt. I’m focusing on mixing color, learning more about the medium itself, and painting techniques to get the correct texture.
Do you have any advice on how to stay organized? What are your favorite resources?
Automate what isn’t necessary so that you can focus your energy on what is. My favorite resources include:
GNARLY FACTS ABOUT MEGAN:

- I’m a huge fan of hanging out with friends and family
- I love to travel! I’ve explored 8 countries so far including Japan, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Mexico. (Well technically 9, if you count the United States)
