Net Neutrality Wins! So What Does That Mean?

If you use the Internet (and you’re reading this, so let’s go ahead and agree that you do), understanding net neutrality is a must. Today, the FCC voted to approve the Open Internet Order. This historic ruling is a big deal for many reasons. Not only because there has been such little regulation in the past, but also because there are some very big parties and opinions on either side of the argument.
